SCHEDULE A COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

Fellow Colleagues and Clients,

Here at AJF Capital Management, we continually encourage our clients and partners to adopt sustainable practices such as implementing the acceptance and delivery of secure digital documents, like statements. Over the past few months, I have been engaged with Curtis Parker at American Stock Transfer and Michael Weil at American Realty Capital to get their e-document services online. This initiative originated when one of my clients informed me that this service, while offered for some time in their subscription agreements, was not fully operational.

Upon learning of this malfunction, I reached out to Arc Realty’s CEO Nicholas Schorch, his partner, as well as the chief compliance officer to see what could be done to resolve this issue. After several conversations, I am pleased to report that as of today, the option to receive delivery of e-documents is now available.

If interested, shareholders and financial advisors should visit  www.americanrealtycap.com  and  www.dstvision.com  respectively. Shareholders will need to register for access to our website in order to view their statements. Additionally, in the coming weeks, shareholders who have previously provided a valid email address will receive an email inviting them to register for this access.

Best wishes,

Andrew Friedman, CFP®
